Dataset description

The data set shows the distribution of peat and moor soils for the implementation of the Permanent Grassland Conservation Act (DGLG) in Schleswig-Holstein. Moor or moor soils as defined in the DGLG are soils in which a horizon of at least 10 cm thick with at least 15 % humus occurs within the top 40 cm. The backdrop does not allow any further differentiation of humus content or peat strength, only one concern in the sense of the DGLG is indicated.
