The source of the available results is the District Government Arnsberg, Department 36 — Competence Center for Integration — The Residence Allocation Act expired on 31.12.2009, so that from January 2010 this statistics will no longer be compiled by the Competence Center for Integration. The Competence Center for Integration offers comprehensive data on late emigrants and Jewish emigrants in NRW, including statistics on the access development of the current year and the last 10 years in NRW, structural data of immigrants, admission rates of municipalities, data on the most important countries of origin and distribution statistics differentiated according to the district governments of the state of NRW. In accordance with § 4 of the Bundesvertriebenengesetz (Bundesvertriebenengesetz, BVFG) in conjunction with the German People’s Party (§ 6 BVFG), Aussiedler is a German national (§ 6 BVFG) from the republics of the former Soviet Union, which entered the federal territory by means of the regulated admission procedure. The prerequisite for recognition as a late resettlement is the determination of German ethnicity (§ 6 BVFG). For this purpose, three conditions must be met: — The ancestry of at least one German parent, — a commitment only to the German ethnicity through a corresponding declaration of nationality and — familially conveyed German language skills at the level of a simple conversation.
