Dataset description

Alkis (Official Property Register Information System) Data without owner divided by urban districts. The ALKIS inventory data extract without owner from the real estate register contains spatial data in descriptive and illustrative form for parcels and buildings. For all plots, the property register shows their shape, location, use, size, development and characteristic topography. The data is offered in NAS format (EPSG 25832) coordinate system. Up to 53 different layers can be found in the records. The data is available for each district as a zipped file and is updated at regular intervals. The data from the Property Register provide a wide range of possibilities for use in both the private and public sectors. Applications are located wherever legally binding, up-to-date and accurate spatial data are required, e.g.: Administration, administration, economy, agriculture and forestry, energy management, environmental protection, housing, land use planning, road management, road planning, urban planning, statistics, demographics, communication, recreation, transport etc. The target group of this schema variant are users who are not familiar with the ALKIS scheme, who handle GIS questions and, on the one hand, need the vector representation of ALKIS data and on the other hand processed material data. Information The resource change date contains information on the topicality (status/date of export) of the individual ALKIS city district excerpts
