Dataset description

The Standard Open Parliamentary Systems API (OParl) is available in OParl version 1.1 according to the specification. The specifications and further information on OParl can be found here: https://oparl.org/spezifikation/online-ansicht/ The use includes text information on the dates of the Council and public panel templates from the Council Information System without attached or external documents. The new Council Information System is still under construction. The old data from the Boris system will be taken over in 2020.
