Overview map of standardised soil values Hamburg

The overview map shows standardised ground benchmarks for the use of single-family houses, multi-family houses, office buildings, shops and production/logistics. The ground benchmarks were converted to a plot size of 1 000 m² or a value-relevant floor area of 1.0 (standardised). The lowest and highest standardised ground level is given in the building block. The values will only be on a scale of 1: 10 000 or larger. However, if no value is displayed in a building block, this means that the selected usage does not occur there. The map is only for the overview and is not suitable for value determination. At www.geoportal-hamburg.de/boris you can access BORIS.HH, the interactive ground benchmark map of Hamburg. There you will find detailed information about the soil benchmarks of Hamburg and the possibility to convert the soil benchmark to individual property properties. The standardised ground values indicated refer to the reference date 01.01.2022.
