Ownership rate by gender and immigration status of caregivers in the household

The data set describes the proportion of caregivers in private households with self-occupied residential property per 100 caregivers in private households each at the main residence. Under immigration status, the migration background, as well as the distinction according to German (citizens/Aussiedlers) and non-German (including separately persons of Turkish nationality) are recorded. On the one hand, the ownership rate provides information on the economic performance of the population with a migrant background, on the other hand it is an indicator of a permanent residence orientation.
