Dataset description
The data set contains the list of paternity participation in parental allowance (percentage of the children whose father has received parental benefit in all children born for whom (at least) a parental allowance has been reported (children giving rise to the application)). All persons who have completed parental allowances for their children born in 2008, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 respectively, for whom (at least) a parental allowance has been reported (applicable children).
