The data set contains the population figures for Düsseldorf since 2013 for citizens with main residence in the state capital, as published by the Office for Statistics and Elections in the current report on demographic monitoring for the years 2014 to 2020. The file “Population with main residence by age group” contains the following column information: Year: Number of years Total: Number of population with main residence in Düsseldorf of which female: Total population in Düsseldorf of which male: Total population in Düsseldorf of which German: Total number of German population in Düsseldorf of which non-German: Total number of non-German population in Düsseldorf of which less than 6 years: Number of population under 6 years of age of which 6 to less than 18 years: Number of population in the age group from 6 to under 18 of which 18 to less than 30 years: Number of people in the age group from 18 to under 30 of which 30 to less than 50 years: Number of population in the age group from 30 to under 50 of which 50 to less than 65 years: Number of population in the age group from 50 to under 65 of which 65 to less than 80 years: Number of population in the age group from 65 to under 80 of which 80 years and older: Number of population in the age group of 80 or more years
