Public Transport Busradar — Bus Live Position Data

As part of the MÜNSTERHACK 2019, Stadtwerke Münster published an experimental API interface through which the position data of all buses in the city area can be searched live. This interface is now also open to all interested parties. Please note that this interface is in active development and therefore there may be failures. On the following links you will find a technical documentation of all endpoints and an interactive example application, where you can see exactly where which bus is, and which buses are delayed for how many seconds. How the interactive application works: The bus positions will automatically update after a few seconds. The number of the bus line is displayed on the location markers. If you click on a single bus in the map, the corresponding route will be displayed after a bit of delay. The color indicates how many seconds the bus is delayed.
