Real estate register in Wesel County

District Weseler Data of the Property Register. The data is offered in Shape format and as WMS service (each EPSG 25832) coordinate system. The shape records contain 6 different layers. Layer parcel with parcel geometry, object names (marking, hallway and parcel number) and location designations; Layer building with the geometry of the buildings and the location designation; Layer cadastral district with the geometries and designations of the areas and the corridor boundaries; Layer use with the cross-section types of use; Layer UsageFlurst with the intertwined usage types including utilisation parts in the parcel and layer Manage_Einh with the municipal boundaries. The data are available community-wide (and circle-wide) as shape data and are updated monthly (every first Saturday of the month). The WMS service provides the map representations of the property map on different scales. In addition, the official base card and the estimation card are available. The data of the WMS service is up-to-date on a daily basis.
