The figures represent the percentage of women and men in people with managerial responsibilities at the “second level”.
The second management level is directly under the “highest management level” consisting of the management, board members, branch and operations managers as well as owners.
Only companies with at least one employee subject to social security are taken into account. The public service is not taken into account.
