Dataset description

The maps contain information for a case-by-case examination on the installation and introduction of material in accordance with the Federal Soil Protection Ordinance (BBodSchV, § 12, paragraph 8). These are triggered when material is raised or introduced in nature conservation areas, national natural monuments, biosphere reserves, natural monuments, protected landscape components, Natura 2000 sites and legally protected biotopes within the meaning of § 30 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act as well as for the soils of the core zones of federal nature conservation projects of general government importance. The test may result in a ban on the installation and insertion of material or attaching it to certain conditions. The affected areas are shown purple. The information card for the installation and insertion of material in soils is mainly used for concrete planning on site. By clicking, you get information on the nature of the nature of the nature of nature conservation.
