Dataset description

The STLK-W and the ZTV-W are prepared by the working group standard service descriptions in hydraulic engineering. The Standard Performance Catalogue (STLK) for hydraulic engineering, published by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI), harmonises the performance texts used to describe construction services in hydraulic engineering. It builds on the General Terms and Conditions for Construction Services (VOB) as well as on the Federal Unified Technical Regulations introduced for civil engineering, in particular on the Additional Technical Contract Conditions (ZTV). In accordance with § 8a (EU) No (3) VOB/A, ZTV supplements the General Technical Contractual Conditions for Construction Services (VOB Part C).
