Dataset description

By notifying the competent authorities and bodies, the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) registers data on the driving instruction permit in the driving fitness register (FAER) and in the Central Driving Licence Register (ZFER). The granting, cancellation and modification of the driving licence, as well as its date and the issuing authority are transmitted. It is noted in the ZFER whether a licence holder is also a driving instructor, but not the driving licence classes for which a driving instruction permit applies. The reporting date is 1 January of a year.
