Dataset description

The figures represent the percentage of unemployed in all civilian labour force. An unemployed person under Section 16 of the SGB III is a person who has no employment (less than 15 hours per week), is looking for work subject to insurance, is available to the labour market and is registered with an agency for work or a basic insurance institution. Civilian labour force includes all workers (excluding soldiers) and unemployed persons.
