Dataset description

The Commission’s objects in accordance with Article 186 of Law 3852/2010 are defined as follows: a) From Section A (Programming — Development) all matters falling within the remit of the Directorate-General for Development. B) All objects of Section C (Natural Resources — Energy Industry), except water and geothermal. C) All items in Section D (Employment of Trade — Tourism) D) All items in the H domain (Education-Culturalism — Sports) e) Any matter in the above areas of the Committee that employs the local community, even if it is not the responsibility of the regional services. The Committee shall process its fields of competence and recommend to the Regional Council. The Regional Council has delegated to the above Committee the following responsibilities: a) Any matter of its competence, concerning the functioning of the popular markets and the licensing of the rightful sellers, without prejudice to Article 164 of Law 3852/2010. B) The presentation to the Economic Committee of issues of participation in all kinds of exhibitions other than Agricultural and Environmental as well as the Organisation or Co-organisation of Cultural or Sports Events, the Publishing of Books and all kinds of publications for Tourism Promotion and Cultural Development of the Region.
