Dataset description

A prior decision of the Minister for Finance shall be required for the commitment by the Central Administration bodies which are to be borne either in part or in full in the following years of the medium-term budgetary strategy, including lease contracts for real estate and exceeding EUR 200 000 per year. For other general government bodies, a decision by the supervising Minister is required, provided that the commitment entered into exceeds one hundred thousand (100 000) euros.
