Dataset description

Frog records collected during the National Frog Survey and its pilot survey Geographic Coverage: Republic of Ireland Temporal Coverage: Pilot survey data was recorded in March/April 2010. Spray surveys took place beween February and April 2011. The first visit was shortly after the first appearance of Spawn Locally, the second approximately 7 days after the first, and the third approximately 14 days after the first. Species Groups recorded: amphibian Dataset Status: Complete Additional Information: Survey Report published as Irish Wildlife Manual No.58 and available through the publication section on NPWS.ie
