Dataset description

<p style='margin-bottom:12.0pt; background:white;‘><span style=’font-size:9.5pt; font-family: "Lucida Sans &,sans-serif; color:#3C3C3C;'>This Dataset contains the Service Indicators for Fingal as returned to the Local Government Management Agency and published in the annual Service Indicators report. The Service Indicators report can be downloaded from www.lgma.ie in the publications section <p style='margin-bottom:12.0pt; background:white;‘><span style=’font-size:9.5pt; font-family: "Lucida Sans &,sans-serif; color:#3C3C3C;'>Service Indicator datasets for the years 2004 to 2007 include a field called New_ID In 2008 the reference ID was changed for many Service Indicators. The New_ID field is provided to enable linking of indicators from years prior to 2008 to 2008 to 2008 onwards. However, it is important to note that the measurement criteria for many indicators also changed, so it is not necessarily appropriate to make direct comparisons between indicators. In the 2008 report the section relating to each specific indicator outlines whether the indicator has changed. The Service Indicator reports each contain two summary tables entitled Planning Applications by Category and Local Authority Revenue — Summary of Collection. To avoid the inclusion of duplicate records in the Dataset, the records from these summary tables have been omitted from this Dataset.
