2015 technical contractual provisions valid also for 2016

This volume contains the Technical-Contractual Provisions (TCDs) constituting the Special Contract Specification for Public Works — Part II which has the function of regulating the execution of public works in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano — South Tyrol. This unique text contains all the DTCs updated for the year 2015. This Resolution replaces all those enacted previously in this regard. The latter, therefore, are no longer to be considered enforceable. The Special Contract Specifications for Public Works — Part II indicate the technical conditions that refer to the subject matter of the contract. It forms an integral part of the contract, even if not materially attached, falling within the regulatory sources for the conduct and measurement of works. In addition to the Instructions for the drafting of the project and the definition of the scope of application, the individual DTCs contain the technical conditions to be complied with, during the course of the work, regarding: Materials; constructive elements; Execution; Ancillary performance, special performance; Accounting. In addition to the DTC “General rules for construction work of any type” this Single Text contains 65 DTC, each of which refers to a precise processing (or group of similar processes). The aim of the DTC is to establish the technical criteria to be followed for the correct execution of the works, in relation to the needs and purposes to which the work is intended. In this context, the normative references to foreign standards DIN, ÖNORM or others are to be understood as the definition of the concept of “perfect execution”.
