Dataset description

The Open Data Action Plan of Umbria, implemented in co-design with the Municipalities of the Urban Agenda and issued at the end of 2017, contains an indication of key data and recommendations on how to activate an Open Data policy for its own body. First, all the data in relation to the fundamental municipal functions referred to in Article 19(1) of Legislative Decree 95/2012 have been listed, then, on the basis of criteria of availability, relevance and strategicity, some key objective datasets of standardisation and publication were selected. Where possible, categories of regional or other ownership data that may be of interest to municipal authorities and whose availability is currently not available have been collected. Therefore, an overall medium-term planning for the release and publication of key datasets has been developed. the Plan also contains guidelines and recommendations for the different aspects and phases of the management and production of open data. ########################################################################################################################################################################### The Plan was realised thanks to the project “Design #linekdumbria Local Authorities”, financed by PORFSE funds 2014/2020, ASSE 4 Institutional and Administrative Capacity, Investment Priority 11.1 Specific Objective 11.1.
