ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES REGION MARKS 1:10,000

The Administrative Limits of the Marche Region on scale 1:10,000 have been obtained mediated verification of the physical elements present in the Regional Technical Charter with information on the boundaries deriving from cadastral cartography. The outcome of this activity has determined the use, where possible, of the physical elements represented in the CTR where these constitute the limit of the administrative border, e.g. watercourses, roads, coastline, etc. Administrative boundaries have been amended as a result of the following regulatory provisions: — Law No 117 of 3 August 2009 — Detachment of the municipalities of Casteldelci, Maiolo, Novafeltria, Pennabilli, San Leo, Sant’Agata Feltria and Talamello; — L. R. No 47 of 13/12/2013 — Establishment of the new municipality of Vallefoglia (PU) by merging the municipalities of Colbordolo (PU) and Sant’Angelo in Lizzola (PU); — Law No 18 22/07/2013 — Establishment of the new municipality of Trecastelli (AN) by merging the municipalities of Castel Colonna (AN), Monterado (AN) and Ripe (AN); — L. R. No 15 23/06/2014 — Detachment of the hamlet of Marotta from the Municipality of Fano (PU) and incorporation into the Municipality of Mondolfo (PU); — L. R. No 25 of 24 October 2016 — Merger by incorporation of the Municipality of Acquacanina (MC) into the Municipality of Fiastra (MC); — L. R. No 28 of 7 December 2016 — “Establishment of a new municipality by merging the municipalities of Barchi, Orciano di Pesaro, Piagge and San Giorgio di Pesaro...” — Municipality of Terre Roveresche (PU); — Law No 29 of 7 December 2016 — Establishing a new municipality by merging the municipalities of Montemaggiore al Metauro, Saltara and Serrungarina... — Municipality of Colli al Metauro (PU); — L.
