Dataset description

Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree No 50 of 7 March 2008 (Rules implementing the Special Statute of the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta/Vallée d’Aoste on dams), which transferred to the Region the technical and administrative functions relating to dams which do not exceed 15 metres in height and which lead to a flood of less than 1 000 000 cubic metres, Regional Law No 13 of 29 March 2010 on ‘Provisions on retention barriers and associated catchment areas of regional competence’ was approved.
