The gate decoding table is available to this other dataset: http://dati.comune.milano.it/dataset/4cad1605-8225-4ecd-9b82-868b3af453e5 The decoding table of the remaining fields is available to this other dataset: http://dati.comune.milano.it/dataset/0b396fd4-bdad-4588-89f8-1468c5451c49 The areac field if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
