The formation of the Land Land Registry, laid down by law 1 March 1886, n. 3682, was completed in 1956. The regulation for the conservation of Land Land Registry was approved by Royal Decree 8 December 1938, n.2153. The Land Registry is of a geometric-particle type, as it contains information on the geometric nature (topography-form and texture) and on the technical and economic characteristics (technical-physical characteristics and incomes) of the minimum element inventoried and represented in the map, constituted by the cadastral parcel.The formation of the Urban Building Land Registry, subsequent to that of the Land Registry, was incorporated by law 11 August 1939, n. 1249, converting Royal Decree-Law No 652 of 13 April 1939, as amended by Legislative Decree No 514 of 8 April 1948.
