Dataset description

Please note: for a correct display and use of this dataset it is recommended to consult it on the original page on the Portal of the Province of Pisa. At the same address there are also, for datasets enabled, additional access formats, preview of the view via API call, consultation of fields in DCAT-AP IT format, the ability to express an evaluation and comment on the dataset itself. All resource formats available for this dataset can be downloaded as ZIP packages: within the package will be à the resource is available in the chosen format, complete with all information on the metadata and license associated with it. The dataset contains the number of termination notices sent to the Employment Services. The data are broken down by gender; data on terminations are available by municipality of the company’s headquarters, by cause and by production sector. With effect from 1 March 2008, the electronic dispatch of recruitment communications, terminations, transformation and extension of the employment relationship to the relevant Employment Services has been made mandatory for all employers both public and private (L. 296/2006). The number of employment contracts activated may record the initiation of one person’s relationships several times during the same period; for this reason, the number of individuals concerned is also reported. Work administered (ex-interim work) is excluded; the employment contract is the agreement for the professional supply of labour entered into between a user company and a labour agency).
