Dataset description

Circulating park for total mass and province. The data are extracted from the car tax database of the Piedmont Region, where all vehicles owned by residents in Piedmont are recorded. In order to determine the debtor and the amount, the following shall be processed: personal data of owners and changes of ownership, technical data of vehicles and payments made. The circulating fleet is identified as all vehicles owned by residents in the Piedmont Region which are found not to be removed.
