Circulating vehicles by year of registration

The dataset collects annual data, referring to each municipality in the metropolitan area of Bologna, of the cars circulated to residents. The data are ordered by year of registration (vetustà).The annual data files are issued thanks to an agreement concluded between the Municipality of Bologna and the Automobile Club d’Italia (ACI) and come from the database of the Public Register of Motor Vehicles (PRA).This agreement expired in 2018. The data of the following years are extracted from the opendata portal of the Emilia Romagna Region (see).With the new agreement with ACI the extracted data have a different structure and refer only to motor vehicles.
