Classification of Apulian Municipalities by Internal Areas

List of Apulian municipalities classified according to the characteristics of Internal Area. The Internal Areas include all municipalities far from the places of provision of basic services such as education, health and mobility — called the Polo/Intermunicipal Pole. Municipalities classified in four relative distance bands — Belts, Intermediates, Peripheral, Outermost — and, therefore, with a potential for greater inconvenience in the use of basic services — represent the whole of the Internal Areas.
