Dataset description

Pursuant to Article 1(32) of Law No 190/2012, contracting stations are required to publish, on their institutional websites, information relating to the selection procedures of the contractor, the data provided for by the rule to ensure the transparency of the administrative activity. For this purpose, CIVIT, by Resolution 50/2013 — Annex 1, has provided an indication to ensure the timely updating of the data. The law also provides, by 31 January of each year, for the publication of summary tables of data relating to previous years, freely downloadable in open standard digital format, to be transmitted digitally to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).The xml files define in detail all the information relating to the entrustment procedures initiated during the previous year, even if the award is pending (without prejudice to compliance with the principle of confidentiality of tenders) and to the procedures whose contracts of entrustment are being carried out during the period considered or whose data have been modified and/or updated, as indicated in Resolution No 39 of 20 January 2016.In this dataset are the xml files that are transmitted annually and the corresponding csv files obtained from xml. It should be noted that csv files may contain multiple records for each IGC depending on the number of participants and/or winners.
