Data of the main meteorological quantities (including temperature, humidity and wind) collected through a monitoring system consisting of a network of about 167 automatic stations covering the entire Veneto region.

The data collected are used in the context of environmental monitoring for the elaboration of weather forecasts, water balances for irrigation, climatology and in the study of environmental problems present in the region. There are the following indicators: Precipitation (mm) sum,precipitation (rain days), Global solar radiation (MJ/m²), Air temperature at 2 m (°C) mean of minima, Air temperature at 2 m (°C) average of averages, Air temperature at 2 m (°C) mean of maximums, Relative humidity at 2 m (%) mean of minimums, Relative humidity at 2 m (%) average of averages, Relative humidity at 2 m (%) average of maximums, Wind speed 5 m mean arithm. (m/s) mean average, Wind direction prevailing at 5 m (SECTOR). The data relate to 167 collection stations in Veneto and are provided by month and year, from 1994 to 2019.
