Daytime Educational Member Centres for minors (ex art. 105)

Daytime Educational Centres for minors are located in the network of social welfare services, aimed at the activation of preventive and support interventions for families with children defined as “at risk” or in situations of temporary difficulty. The planned interventions are aimed at children and their families and are aimed at promoting educational support in school and extracurricular activities, socio psycho-pedagogical support to minors and their families, accompaniment and guidance in the phases of growth, analysis of existing problematic situations, identification of the priorities of interventions through the drafting and sharing of an individualised educational project (P.E.I.) that takes into due consideration potential, objectives, strategies/methodologies. On the territory of the Territorial Social Area of Lecce insist n. 2 structures that realise the service: Day center “Volare Alto” of Lecce and the day center “C’Entro Anch’io” in Lequile. The reading of the data shows that the average age of the minors benefiting from the services is in the age group 13-16 years at the Centre of Lecce and in the age group 10-11 years at the Centre of Lequile. The Territorial Social Area of Lecce has guaranteed, for the year 2015, entries for 125 minors, 117 of whom are beneficiaries of the services of ownership of the Area (81 at “Volare Alto” and 36 at “C’Entro Anch’io” to which are added 8 seats on the vouchers conciliation
