DIRECT REQUESTS FOR BIDS/NEGOTIATIONS ENTERED INTO ON THE MEPA

The dataset contains summary information of the contracts concluded through the RdO and Direct Negotiations on the Mepa. Allows you to analyse the expenditure of the PA in terms of: economic value of the contracts, base auction value, percentage Rdo/TD with valued auction base, average number of participating suppliers, number of suppliers who have entered into contracts, number of PAs procuring, number of ordering points, number of RdO/TD for which contracts have been concluded, number of contracts concluded, average duration of negotiation, average time to conclude. The data are aggregated with respect to the reference period, the type and province of the PA that it entered into, to the region of the supplier that it entered into, to the type of negotiation (RdO/TD). Since these data are aggregated, not all indicators are additives.
