Establishments subject to environmental authorisation

The dataset contains information on the locations where production activities are carried out for which one or more environmental permits are issued (Local Operating Units — ULO).The entry of the information takes place: — for establishments subject to Single Environmental Authorisation (DPR 59/2013): at the stage of application for authorisation, by the applicant- for establishments subject to other environmental titles: when issuing the authorisation, by the competent authority.The updating and validation of the data is carried out through the collaboration of the various bodies involved for the granting of the permit and the control.The data are available for each establishment concerning:- company name and code of the ULO- geographical location (georeferentiation and address) — production activities- environmental sector (waste water discharges, concessions to the use of public water, emissions into the atmosphere, non-hazardous waste recovery, hazardous waste recovery, use of sludge in agriculture, noise impact, waste treatment)- type of authorisation measure A WFS service (vers 2.0) of the Complex Feature type is made available. To use this type of service, we recommend using — for example — the QGIS plugin ‘WFS 2.0 Client’.
