Georeferenced Land Registry Waste Plants

The C.G.R.-Web (Geo-Referential Catalogue for Waste Plants) is a database containing the technical and administrative data relating to all installations, including mobile ones, authorised to carry out waste management operations pursuant to Articles 208, 209, 211, 214, 215, 216 and Article 29-sexies of Legislative Decree No 152/2006, to plants with renewable sources also fueled partly by ‘waste biomass’ (Legislative Decree 387/2003). and plants authorised to treat liquid waste by way of derogation in urban waste water treatment plants, pursuant to Article 110 of Legislative Decree No 152/2006.The public version of the C.G.R. is intended to provide citizens and operators in the sector with a useful tool for disseminating knowledge of the Lombard system. Therefore, information on all regional installation sites (“local units”) in operation or otherwise authorised is made available.
