Dataset description

Please note: for a correct display and use of this dataset we recommend to consult it on the original page on the Portal of the Municipality of Siena. At the same address there are also, for enabled datasets, additional access formats, the preview of the display via API call, the consultation of fields in DCAT-AP IT format, the ability to express an evaluation and comment on the dataset itself. All available resource formats for this dataset can be downloaded as ZIP packages: inside the package sarà available the resource in the chosen format, complete with all the information about the metadation and the associated license. Collection (non-exhaustive) of the various Building Regulations that succeeded the Municipality of Siena starting with that of 1904. The collection now includes 16 documents between deliberations and regulations. The resolutions present, can be a simple addition to the Rules at that time in force or enshrine the complete replacement with a new Building Regulation. The complete list (in relation to the material found) of the Municipal Council Decisions, the Regulations and its amendments and currently present is: 1) R.E. approved by Municipal Council Resolution of 16 September 1898, amended at the meetings of 15 July 1901, 5 June 1902 and 11 September 1903 and definitively published on October 25, 1904. 2) R.E. approved by deliberations of 20 March 1935, 2 August 1935, 22 August 1936, 8 July 1938, 13 May 1939 and with measures of the Provincial Administrative Council of 18 April 1939 XVII n. 5328/536 Div.
