Dataset description

The service [UmbriaWifi](http://umbriawifi.open-net.it/) provides the possibility to surf for free in Wi-Fi mode for two hours a day, even if not consecutive, through a simple online registration. The dataset contains the list of UmbriaWifi hotspots with their location, including both the points realised with the *UmbriaWifi* project of the ROP-ERDF 2007-2013 and those of the pilot project *WifiUmbria (PRJ-1202)* of the ROP ERDF 2014-2020.
