Dataset description
The map of the hydrogeological constraint represents the areas of the region subject to hydrogeological constraint regulated by Royal Decree No. 3267 of 30 December 1923 and with Royal Decree No. 1126 of 16 May 1926. The Decree of 1923 provides for the granting of authorisations and/or authorisations for the construction of construction works, or in any case of land movements, which may also be linked to forest use and land improvements, requested by private individuals or by public bodies.
