Dataset description

The layer represents the areas subject to constraints for hydrogeological purposes. The delimitation of the perimeter that identifies the hydrogeological link took place starting from the recovery of the documentation (thematic map, acts) of the constraint deriving from the following articles of law: Article 182 of Royal Decree-Law No 3267/23.It should be noted that as regards wooded areas not already covered by the perimeter areas, the provisions of Article 182 of Royal Decree 3267/23 apply. The polygons represent the restricted and exempt zones. The main purpose of the constraint is to preserve the physical environment and thus to prevent forms of use which may lead to denudation, triggering erosive phenomena, loss of stability, disturbance of the water regime, etc., with the possibility of public damage.
