List of construction works 2015

The purpose of this information price list is to define uniformly the services required for public construction works carried out in the Province of Bolzano. I these prices are medium and informative in nature and as such should be considered in the their use, they refer to the main supplies and services for media construction works consistency and difficulty, external accommodation and urbanisation works. The estimation of the costs of individual projects must be prepared by reference I average prices of the price. A justified change in the prices of individual positions may be carried out on a case-by-case basis. in case by the designer (p. e. due to large quantities, ideal logistics, for cases abnormal or in cases of particular difficulty of execution, for works in buildings where you cannot set up a construction site or use machines, for work in difficult locations reachability, etc.). The price list is divided into categories. The first category refers to prices. elementary of all listed works and includes labour, freight, transport and supply materials; categories 2 to 18 cover works performed for individuals building areas. The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, regarding the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated by the Circular of 29.8.2006 of the Province breakdown of Bolzano 11 (recital 11.5 7350), the costs of legal security (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1 % in each individual unit price as a result of the estimation. The tenderer must undertake to allocate these amounts to security measures on construction site. Prices also apply to those cases where the contractor for certain services you have to use other companies. The price collection of this edition has been carried out in the period between January and March 2015. Prices do not include VAT.
