Dataset description

Mandatory Communications (CO) are those that all employers, public and private, must transmit in case of recruitment, extension, transformation and termination of employment relationships and changes in the company name. The CO System since 11 January 2008 connects all the Employment Centres, the Provinces, the Regions of Italy and the Ministry of Labour, as well as other bodies — such as INPS and INAIL. The new provisions were introduced by Law No 296/2007 (Financial Law 2007). Subsequently, with the Ministerial Decree of 30 October 2007 the new models for employer communications were approved and the electronic method of sending them was launched.
