Milan climate data — Annual averages

The data characterise the different areas of the city. The local differences are described through climate indicators related to 7 stations of Fondazione Osservatorio Meteorologico Milano Duomo appropriately distributed for the monitoring of temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind and radiation. ## Glossary * Days of frost: days with minimum temperature below 0 °C. * Days of ice: days with a maximum temperature below 0 °C. * Days of heat: days with a maximum temperature above 30 °C. * Tropical nights: nights with a minimum temperature above 20 °C. * Days of Calura with Tropical Nights: days when the maximum temperature is above 30 °C and the minimum temperature is above 20 °C. * Rainy days: days on which the total precipitation is at least 1 mm. * Short and intense rain (10 minutes): episodes with a total precipitation of at least 5 mm in 10 minutes. * Intense hourly rains: episodes with a total precipitation of at least 30 mm in 60 minutes.
