Dataset description

The bulletin derives from the data collection of the local seismic network of the Umbria Region *(Re.Si.R.)*. The data are monthly and semi-annual and start in January 2019. The product made available allows easy access and visualisation through **Google Earth**, making immediately usable information on seismic events on a monthly and semi-annual basis in synthetic form. The epicenters of earthquakes with the main data are indicated and, for each Umbrian municipality, the total number of seismic events and the highest magnitude recorded are also indicated. The color assigned to each municipality allows you to immediately see the total number of seismic events occurring in the time period considered (monthly, semi-annual). After opening the file with Google Earth you can open the folder that has as its file name for example gen-2019 (month of January 2019) and then remove the check mark on the information levels that you do not want to see as, for example, “legend”. You can then see in transparency the information levels on the satellite image using the commands that regulate the opacity/transparency of Google Earth.
