Dataset description

Geo-referenced vector type database containing hydrogeological complexes permeable by fracturing and aquifer location, prepared for the development of travertine deposits, associated with groundwater resources. It is a polygonal layer relating to the regional mountainous sector, partly taken from the mapping of the groundwater corps of the Emilia Romagna Apennines at a scale of 1: 250.000, drawn up by the Geological, Sismico and Suoli Service for the Hydrographic District Management Plans (in the 2009 and 2015 planning cycles), applying the criteria set out in Legislative Decree No 30/2009 implementing the Water Framework Directive. The table contains the name of the ‘Istituto Idrico Sotdi eo’ of the reference regional maps, even if the correspondence was only partial.
