These are the points, identified with their respective localities, of the municipalities from the Topographic DB data (COM_GPG), subsequently amended and updated on the basis of:- Regional Law No 1 of 7 February 2013; Part 1 of B.U.R. n. 27 of 7 February 2013; Valsamoggia: new municipality formed by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Bazzano, Castello di Serravalle, Crespellano, Monteveglio and Savigno.Comunities of Bazzano, Castello di Serravalle, Crespellano Monteveglio and Savigno become the new municipality of Valsamoggia.- Regional Law No 19 of 7 November 2013; Part 1 B.U.R.E.R. n. 326 of 7 November 2013; Municipalities of Poggio Berni and Torriana become the new municipality of Poggio Torriana.New municipality of Poggio Torriana constituted by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Poggio Berni and Torriana.- Regional Law No 20 of 7 November 2013; Part One B.U.R.E.R. No 327 of 7 November 2013;Sissa Trecasali: new municipality formed by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Sissa and Trecasali.Comunities of Sissa and Trecasali become the new municipality of Sissa Trecasali.- Regional Law No 18 of 7 November 2013; Part 1 B.U.R.E.R. No 325 of 7 November 2013.New municipality of Fiscaglia constituted by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Migliaro, Migliarino and Massa Fiscaglia.Comunities of Migliaro, Migliarino and Massa Fiscaglia suppressed by establishing the new municipality of Fiscaglia.- Law No 117 of 3 August 2009; OJ No 188 of 14 August 2009; Municipalities of the province of Pesaro and Urbino (Region Marche) passed to the province of Rimini (Regione Emilia-Romagna): Casteldelci, Maiolo, Novafeltria, Pennabilli, San Leo, Sant’Agata Feltria, Talamello.
