The otophotopaper is represented in Gauss-Boaga’s compliant projection with a mileage cut and parameter referring to the international ellipsoid with European orientation (ED 1950). The entire regional coverage consists of 332 sections on a scale of 1:10,000. The altimetry is represented by level curves with an equidistance of 10 meters, with lines every 50 meters and by quoted points referring to particular orographical or planimetrics. Each section may also contain black on the orthophotographic base: — the trigonometric points IGMI, indicated by their name by the conventional sign, referring to the particular planimetric, of which are known the plane coordinates and the altitude approximated to cm; — points of support, detected by aerial triangulation, with a conventional sign, referring to the photographic detail, of which the coordinates have been calculated; — administrative boundaries and place names; — the crossings of the Gauss-Boaga kilometric grid
