Pai Sicilia — Hydrographic Basin of the Ippari River (080) and areas between the F. Acate basin — Dirillo (079) and the F. Irminio basin (081)

The water catchment area of the River Ippari (code 080) and the areas between the water catchment area of the River Acate — Dirillo (code 079) and the water catchment area of the River Irminio (code 081), are located in south-eastern Sicily, at the south western limit of the plateau Ibleo, including the plain of Vittoria — Comiso. The district (079-080-081) is bordered to the north by the Ibleo massif and by the course of the Para Para stream, to the West and North — West by the River Dirillo Basin, to the east and south-east by the first reliefs of the Ibleo massif and of the same plateau, finally to South by the Mediterranean Sea.
