Dataset description

Paper derived from the Forest Typological Chart of the Abruzzo Region. Each type of forest can be assigned to a specific fuel model, examining the vegetation mainly on the basis of the distribution of the fine material and the dry part on the periphery of the crowns and the stem. The forehead of the fire, in fact, develops in a narrow band of a few meters wide and the stem and branches of a certain size burn only to a small extent.
