Dataset description

This path lists the payments authorised by the public administration as a result of each state of progress <span style="font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em; background-color: #ffffff;">work for reconstruction interventions following the earthquake of 20 and 29 May 2012. This data summarises the information automatically tracked by the “focal point” set up by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the European Interbank Circuit SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) following each status of <span style="font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em; background-color: work progress declared by the professional and authorised by the Municipality. For this reason, ownership of the data must also be extended to the Emilia-Romagna Region also to the Department <span style="font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em; background-color: #ffffff;">for the programming and coordination of economic policy of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (DIPE). This list takes into account only partially payments made prior to the entry into force of the SEPA <span style="font-size circuit: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em; background-color: #ffffff;“>(mandatory from 1 February 2014) but in return takes into account any variants during the work and consequent re-determinations <span style=”font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em; background-color: #ffffff;">contributions and may therefore contain inconsistencies with when published in the other earthquake datasets. The data is encoded in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format, separated by the character "|" for consistency with the other data sets <span style="font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em; background-color: #ffffff;">of the same group. <span style="font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em; background-color: #ffffff;">all data on reconstruction are produced by a large multitude of people (60 municipalities with their approximately 400 technicians, 23 credit institutes and the hundreds of branches involved and related officials, 1,600 professionals working in the field of construction, almost 3,000 companies hiring the works) and are tracked through automatic experimental systems and for this reason may contain errors or omissions not due to the will of this administration.
