Dataset description

The dataset displays the service performances of the Municipal Libraries of Bologna. The total annual active users and the library assets held (updated to the version of the dataset) are reported; the historical series of entries, loans and opening days. To facilitate the reading and analysis of the information, the list of structures, typology, description and the neighborhood you belong to. COVID-19 EmergencyIn 2020, declining data on entries, loans and opening days reflected a decline in relation to COVID-19 EMERGENCY. Specifically: All libraries were closed from 9/3/2020 to 17/5/2020; Since 18/5/2020 the loan has been broken down by reservation from 18/6/2020 the libraries have reopened upon reservation; All libraries have been closed again from 5/11/2020 to 8/12/2020 from 9/12/2020 the loan is broken down by reservation; from 19/1/2021 libraries have reopened upon reservation.
